**Profile content.** Information you choose to add to your public profile, including your name, the groups/ensembles you've marched with, years marched, and any video clips (via links to YouTube) you associate with your profile.
**Automatically collected information.** Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and general usage data, collected via our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and performance purposes.
This Service uses the YouTube API Services to allow you to embed video clips on your profile. By using this feature, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
We access YouTube's API solely to retrieve public video metadata (such as duration) for the video clips you choose to add. We do not access your YouTube account, upload videos on your behalf, or access any private YouTube data.

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@marching.bio . We will process deletion requests within 14 days.

We use a single, essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
